Preview of 'Fifth of July' at Hole in the Wall Theater

A heartfelt, yet humorous story of childhood friends brought together years after having gone their separate ways, struggling with reconciling their past as college roommates and war protesters, with finding their place late 70s mainstream America.

The first in Lanford Wilson's Talley trilogy, Fifth of July follows Ken and June Talley and their friends from the Vietnam War protest days, John and Gwen Landis, as they are led to reconcile the disappointments, disillusionments and betrayals in their relationships.  Fifth of July is a hilarious yet poignant struggle between decisions driven solely by emotion, and the practicalities of everyday life.

Admission: General admission $20, seniors and students (with ID) $15.
