Obituary: Patricia Fisher, 59, of Naugatuck

Mrs. Fisher was employed by the Naugatuck Board of Education. She was a mother of two.

 

Mrs. Patricia B. (Batson) Fisher, age 59, of 129 King St., wife of Warren F. Fisher, passed away on Sunday November 18, 2012 at Saint Mary’s Hospital surrounded by her family.
 
Patricia was born in Birmingham, AL on October 2, 1953, daughter of the late Jack and Ruth (Daniel) Batson.  She was a resident of Naugatuck for the past eleven years, and she was employed by the Naugatuck Board of Education.  Pat enjoyed knitting, playing the harp, and riding her motorcycle with her husband.  She was an animal lover and rescuer.

 
Besides her loving husband, she leaves 2 sons, Christopher Blair and his wife Tiffany of Crowley, TX and Adam Blair and his wife Nicole of Waterbury; 3 grandchildren Briana, Mason and Adam, Jr.
 
Her funeral will be held on Friday November 23, 2012 at 7PM at the Naugatuck Valley Memorial/Fitzgerald Zembruski Funeral Home, 240 North Main Street, Naugatuck. Calling hours will be held at the funeral home on Friday evening from 5PM until the time of the service.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 825 Brook Street, Rocky Hill, CT 06067 or the Connecticut Humane Society, 701 Russell Road, Newington, CT 06111.  To send an on-line condolence, please visit www.naugatuckvalleymemorial.com.
