OK....first of all...imagine waking up every morning and saying, "Hmmm, let me check my burglar tool collection. Maybe I can add a new tool or two." Burglar charges, drugs, charges from different towns? Wow, what a future this bozo has. At least he's decided to terrorize the Ffld-Bpt area and not Naugatuck. At some point somebody will come on and say what a nice guy he is or he "wuz" framed. The time and money spent on prosecuting, jailing, counseling and re-hab for this guy will be staggering when all is said and done, especially if he is a repeat repeat repeat offender. All the more reason to expel these fools to another planet somewhere on their second offense. Case closed. Next?

Chuck , let me lay one on you .If this was your son , how would you approach the situation ? I know what he's doing is stupid ,and he deserves punishment by our judicial system. To put him on a rocket to another planet can be expensive to the tax payers, don't you think ?

Well....I have four children, all married with excellent jobs. The last thing you would find in their possession would be a cache of burglar tools so I'm quite sure I won't be posting bail for one of them out any time soon. Actually, putting these miscreants on rocket ships would be cheaper in the long run. At some point these fools would begin to realize that they're getting a one way ticket to Jupiter to literally freeze to death. Over time even the dumbest of these creeps would just stop robbing people and get their act together. Only a scant few would risk certain death for stealing lawn mowers and household items. Soon the rocket ships would be empty. Now that translates into big savings when compared to sending these losers to shrinks, parole and probation officers, housing them in our jails, giving them unemployment, food stamps, free rides (not really free though). The list of freebies and giveaways for these lawbreakers is staggering. Now, as it stands, we, you, and all taxpayers are footing the bill for these useless cons and the problem ain't going away. The numbers don't lie.
