The victim suffered injuries to her neck and jaw.

Ruben Berger, 22, of Yale Street in Waterbury turned himself into police on Sunday on an arrest warrant for an incident that occurred back in January.
Naugatuck police say they responded to a Naugatuck residence for a domestic disturbance between a boyfriend and girlfriend.
During an argument Berger is alleged to have placed his girlfriend in a chokehold causing injury to her neck and lower jaw, police said.
He was held on $25,000 bond. Berger was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and second-degree strangulation.
