Two Men Selling Magazines in Naugatuck Are Arrested

The two men allegedly refused to leave the complex.

Residents at the 39 Horton Hill Road housing complex are likely heroes for all of the people who have ever been annoyed by door-to-door salespeople.

On Saturday at 4:55 p.m. Naugatuck police responded to a complaint from residents living there regarding Andrew Sanchez, 21, and Dylan Howe, 22, selling magazines at their complex.

Residents living there told them to leave, that there was no solicitation but both men refused, police said. Howe is accused of punching a metal sign causing dents to it, police said.
