Naugatuck Downtown Parcel May Become Medical Building/Restaurant

The property would cost the developers $150,000.

The clock is ticking for two developers, who have struck a deal with Naugatuck officials to potentially turn a vacant parcel of borough owned land into a medical office building and restaurant, the Waterbury Republican-American reports. 

The developers have a 180-day option with the borough and after that period they can purchase the 2.1 acre parcel for $150,000, the Waterbury Republican-American reports.
