New schools leader wants people to move to Naugatuck for the school system.

New Naugatuck Superintendent of Schools Sharon Locke has big plans for the school system. 

Her goal is to build a school system that people want to move to Naugatuck, specifically for the schools, the Waterbury Republican-American reports. 

Her top goals include developing and building relationships in the district and in the community, the Republican-American reports.

She also wants to create a shared vision for the district. 

She plans to create focus groups, create high expectations, ensure high quality teachers are in the classrooms, and hold at least three meet-and-greet sessions with the community this summer.
