Registration for New Naugy High Students Has Been Moved

High school registration has been moved due to ongoing work on school grounds.

Registration for new Naugatuck High School students will be held from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday and Wednesday (Aug. 27 & 28) at City Hill Middle School, 641 City Hill St., Naugatuck. 

Any new student is expected to register. The location had to be moved to City Hill because of paving at the high school.  

The parent/guardian must be present to register.

Please bring the following documents for each child: birth certificate, immunization record and proof of physical (grade 9 completed in grade 6; grades 10-12 completed in grade 10); previous school records; two emergency telephone numbers and names; two proofs of residency in Naugatuck.  

One proof of residency school be: 1) copy of notarized lease or notarized statement from landlord stating that the parent/guardian and child resident at the stated address. 2) The second proof can be a current utility bill (gas, electric, telephone, cable).

Guardianship: Guardian must show documented proof of guardianship. This is a legal document )such as a probate order) or the district’s notarized form transferring guardianship from the parent to the person stated on the form.
